Altuent will be holding its first Knowledge Roundabout, a professional development and networking event, as part of an annual global initiative to raise awareness of knowledge management as a discipline and to provide community to professionals whose jobs involve collecting, codifying, and sharing knowledge within organisations. The importance of the field has grown as the realisation that the effectiveness of AI relies on the management of the knowledge underpinning it.
The Altuent event is being held on October 22nd at Cork’s Republic of Work. The interactive format will combine round-table discussions on a handful of topics followed by beverages and light refreshments. Participants have the option of staying on to socialise at the nearby Imperial Hotel to start off the Guiness Cork Jazz Festival.
